\Blackberry has finally given an official name to it's hybrid Android offspring. The Blackberry formerly known as Venice shall now go by the name Priv. This is short for privacy, which will hopefully help to ease any concerns users may have about blackberry building a device for the arguably security vulnerable Android OS. The name Priv may not roll off the tongue as easily as some would like, but specs like 18-megapixel Camera, 1.8GHZ hexa-core CPU and 3GB's of RAM sound far more pleasing to the ear than the name does.
